  • 1+ years experience in cold-calling & closing sales, preferred.

Job Description


The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new customer acquisition opportunities in assigned territory. The Sales Manager is responsible to do so independently as well as supporting JSA’s to achieve the same. The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business through cold calling and researching a minimum of 50 new prospects every day.

The Sales Manager is also responsible for managing their own sales pipeline, utilizing the company CRM and keeping their own data clean.

Responsible for closing their own deals, successful Sales Managers will utilize the experience and feedback of other colleagues and support JSA’s to do the same. Achieve performance is based on KPI targets determined by their line manager.

Responsible for their own learning, successful Sales Managers will be receptive to constructive feedback and criticism and will lead the way in terms of industry knowledge and insights.

The Sales Manager is motivated to consistently make money, determined to succeed in a career with fastpaced growth and will seek progression opportunities
