Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and highly personable individual to help identify Fortem International USA event partners and set meetings for the Marketing Manager.
This role is ideal for those with previous experience in public relations, marketing, administrative assistance, and for those looking to continue or start their professional growth in a high-energy office environment with opportunities for advancement in the company.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential industry partners relevant to the portfolio of Fortem International USA events.
- Reach out via email and phone to prospective organizations with the goal of setting meetings for the Marketing Manager.
- Develop a deep knowledge of various industries as they relate to Fortem International USA events and potential partnerships.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to identify new opportunities with current and prospective partners.
- Report regularly to the Marketing team and Marketing Manager on the status of partnership meetings/response.
- Develop strong relationships with our partner’s leadership and key personalities, in order to facilitate positive, successful relationships.
- Manage the Marketing Manager’s calendar and ensure proper time spacing relative to various time zones.
Requirements
- Must be tech-savvy and able to work on laptop and smartphone.
- Have a strong knowledge of social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Experience with G-Suite programs and Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding organizational & project management skills.
- Work collaboratively and closely with the marketing team.
- Understand key marketing performance metrics.
- Able to solve tasks creatively and efficiently.
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
- Friendly, quick learning, and pro-active member of the marketing team.
