Fortem International, the world’s fastest-growing B2B trade show company is seeking an Online Reputation Manager to join the thriving head office.

You will be joining the main hub of the business in its central Bristol office and will become part of a community of accountants, back office, sales professionals, and marketing experts, renowned for pulling off world-class trade shows.

The Role

Within this role, you will work towards 3 main aims - Put Forth the Company’s Best Image, Build Trust and Brand Loyalty, Manage During a Crisis

As an Online Reputation Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a favourable brand image of the company and its events. You will be in charge of the company’s social media accounts and monitor how the company engages with different audiences. You will also handle positive and negative publicity.


  • Work towards enhancing and building the organisation’s reputation
  • Engage with our audience
  • Create a positive consumer experience with every inbound and outbound interaction
  • Reach out to dissatisfied customers to control negative reviews
  • Regularly produce content (social media, blog posts, press releases, forums, etc..)
  • Be prepared to take action when the company’s reputation has been affected and facilitate problem resolution
  • Manage all review content and take necessary steps to curb inappropriate content
  • Provide weekly analysis to the senior management.

What We’re Looking For

You will have some of these key skills:

  • An understanding of search engine behaviour, social media, forums, blogs, ratings, reviews, analytics etc.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools
  • Content creation and excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • A degree in marketing would be advantageous
