    Overview

    We are looking for Marketing Assistants who are motivated, capable and self-sufficient members of our marketing team. Marketing Assistants will execute marketing tasks regarding content, data, and research within relevant fields for our B2B trade show / expo / convention portfolio.

    We produce large conventions centered around B2B networking, live industry leading speakers, presentations and demonstrations at our events. It will be your objective within the marketing team to complete marketing objectives and tasks to help us accomplish our goals for our upcoming events.

    Be prepared to talk about professional challenges you’ve faced in your life & how you’ve overcome them. Our team welcomes ambitious individuals with the ability to grow exponentially both financially and personally. This is an entry level position.

    Responsibilities

    • Content creation for marketing efforts
    • Building up our following and potential leads for our events
    • Conduct efficient, detailed research in different industry sectors
    • Able to cold call potential visitors, speakers or partners
    • Message potential leads to inform them of the expos & generate business
    • Research key demographics and understand industry trends
    • Effectively manage assigned acquisition campaigns and goals
    • Collaborate with the marketing team for other relevant marketing efforts
    • Requirements

      • Tech-savvy and able to work on a laptop and smartphone;
      • Strong knowledge of social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc;
      • Experience with G-Suite programs and Microsoft Office;
      • Outstanding organizational & project management skills;
      • Work collaboratively and closely with the marketing team;
      • Understand key marketing performance metrics;
      • Able to solve tasks creatively and efficiently;
      • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills;
      • Experience in copywriting and telemarketing is a massive PLUS;
      • Friendly, quick learning, and pro-active member of the marketing team.
